Framework Agreement for General Maintenance Service

The Embassy of Sweden in Addis Abeba invites sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of a Framework Agreement for General Maintenance Services - Technical Caretaker Services, Preventive Maintenance Services and Emergency call-out Service at its diplomatic staffs’ residences (6-12 villas - the number of residences may vary from year to year), Chancellery, and Ambassador’s residence in Addis Ababa.

Summary of Details:

• Procedure: Open procurement under the Swedish Public Procurement Act (LOU)
• Framework Agreement Period: 2 years (with possible extensions up to one year)
• Estimated Value: USD 400,000 (maximum USD 500,000) for four years.
• Submission Deadline: 6th of April 2026, 16:00 EAT.
• Submission Method: paper copy to the Embassy of Sweden, Yared Street, Lideta Sub-city, Woreda 09.
• Clarifications: Questions must be submitted by 27th of March 2026 to procurement.addis.abeba@gov.se
