The Embassy of Sweden in Warsaw is recruiting a Promotion Officer to join our Economics and Promotion Team.
Sweden and Poland maintain strong and dynamic economic relations. More than 700 Swedish companies are currently active in the Polish market, employing over 100,000 people nationwide. Interest in Poland among Swedish companies and investors continues to grow, reflected in new market entries, expansions, innovative forms of cooperation, and frequent high-level visits.
Main responsibilities
The Promotion Officer will work as an integrated part of the Economics and Promotion Team, under the leadership of the Head of the Team, and in close cooperation with Business Sweden in Poland. Key tasks include:

Additional information
The Embassy of Sweden in Warsaw represents Sweden and the Government of Sweden in Poland, managing a wide range of matters including politics, the promotion of Swedish business interests, culture, press and public relations, administration, and consular affairs. The Embassy employs approximately 25 individuals, comprising both Swedish and Polish citizens.
The position is full-time, based at the Embassy of Sweden in Warsaw and offered under a local contract in accordance with Polish employment regulations. Applicants must be registered as residing in Poland to be eligible for the role. Starting date to be agreed.
