Monday-Thursday 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and Friday 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
please note that appointments are needed for passport and coordination number applications.
Embassy phone hours: Tuesday – Friday 09:00 – 10:00 am
In case of an emergency outside regular office hours, call the Embassy and follow the instructions.
The drop-in consular service includes (service for Swedish citizens):
(Swedish passport, ID and driver’s license pick up, life certificates, legalisations, general questions etc) Please note that migration related issues will not be excepted during these time slots (ie. ID checks, visa/permit application questions).

Please schedule your passport appointment through the following link: calendar for appointments. Available appointments may be scheduled until June 30, 2026. If no appointments are visible in the above link, we are unfortunately fully booked and we kindly ask you to check back at a later date.
Drop-in passport applications will be offered at the Embassy on Friday, May 8 between 1-3 PM. No appointment is required.
