Passport pick-up

Please note that you must book an appointment to collect your passport. Send an e-mail to the Consular Section to schedule an appointment: ambassaden.manila-konsulart@gov.se

Requirements when collecting the passport:

• personal appearance of the adult applicant
• a valid Swedish identity document
• the old Swedish passport for cancellation
• for a minor, it is not required for the child to be present. At least one (1) parent can pick up the passport. Parent must present a valid Swedish ID or a valid Philippine passport. 

A handling fee equivalent to 200 Swedish kronos applies for this service. You pay in Philippine pesos in cash. A table of fees in local currency is available: Consular Fees (as of Jan 2026)

If you wish to collect the passport at the Honorary Consulate in Cebu, let us know so we can forward it. Additional delivery fee applies.

The same applies if you made a request to collect your National ID card or driver's licence at the Embassy of Sweden in Manila.
