If you live outside Sweden and receive a pension from the Swedish Pensions Agency or compensation from the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, you must submit a life certificate every year. The most convenient way to do this is online.
The most convenient way to submit your life certificate is by logging in the Swedish Pensions Agency / Pensions Myndigheten My Pages using an electronic ID (Bank ID, Freja eID, or Foreign eID) and digitally approve the life certificate.
If you do not have an electronic ID, an approved authority can certify that you are alive by stamping and signing the life certificate.
The following authorities and institutions can sign and stamp the life certificate.
You need to schedule an appointment at the Embassy before your intended visit. You may send an e-mail to the Consular Section to schedule an appointment: ambassaden.manila-konsulart@gov.se
Kindly note our visiting and telephone hours.
If you wish to have your life certificate signed and stamped at the Honorary Consulate in Cebu, please contact the Consulate directly through the contact information at the bottom part of the webpage.
