Citizens from Albania and Kosovo are not able to pick up their UT card at the Embassy in Skopje. UT card will be kept at the Embassy in Skopje and when the situation is back to normal they can contact us again and we will inform when to come and pick up the UT- card. (English, Shqip)
Due to the current situation with the Covid-19 virus and the preventive measures that countries around the world (including Sweden, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Albania) are taking, such as closing the border to non-essential travelers, restriction of movement etc. Citizens from Albania and Kosovo are not able to pick up your UT card at the Embassy in Skopje. UT card will be kept at the Embassy in Skopje and when the situation is back to normal you can contact us again and we will inform you when to come and pick up you UT- card.
The only way for citizens from Kosovo and Albania to get their UT-cards from the Embassy is to choose to use the services of DHL. Keep in mind that it will be a decision made by the applicant to use these services and therefore also cover the expenses. If the applicant decide to use the DHL service, than the applicant will contact and authorize DHL and then inform the Embassy before the DHL come. Because the Embassy has certain business hours.
