Migration Matters:
Following Romania’s accession to the Schengen Area, the Swedish Embassy in Bucharest no longer processes migration-related cases. Applicants from Moldova should instead contact one of the five designated Swedish embassies handling residence and work permit applications: Athens, Berlin, Madrid, Paris, Rome.

You may submit your application to any of these five missions. Please note that this change applies only to residence and work permits. Schengen visa applications remain unaffected.
