The consulate will return to regular visiting and telephone hours as of 13 April. During April, priority will be given to rescheduling appointments that were cancelled in March.
From July 30th, you can vote by mail from abroad. Remember that your mail ballot must be posted outside of Sweden to be valid. Read more at val.se .
