Contact and opening hours

Generally, you will be asked to contact the Embassy only when you have an active application with the Swedish Migation Agency.

You are recommended to first read the information available on the Swedish Migration Agency's website. To request an appointment for residence permit interview, submitting biometrics/passport check, collect permit card or decision, please fill out this form: Book an appointment - Sweden Abroad 

To book an appointment for a visitor permit (stays longer than 90 days), please refer to the Swedish Migration Agency's website. If there are no available slots you must wait until the Embassy releases new slots.

The Embassy only invites applicants who have confirmed appointments.

The primary mode of communication with the Embassy is by e-mail. Please contact the Embassy's migration section by telephone only in urgent cases.
